Synopsis: Money Heist: Korea’s Joint Economic Area Part 2 continues the drama from Part 1. In Part 1, we are left with the group of criminals still inside printing money at the Mint. The criminals make the heist look like a political affair, which works in their favor as it gives them more time. As the days go by, the relationship between the hostages and the criminals changes. The hostages know that the criminals can’t kill them, so they start to rebel.
To solve this, the criminals give the hostages the option to either stay and help in exchange for a large sum of money or leave and no longer be hostages. The investigation team is aware that the team is printing money and their leader is outside. After the communication is cut between the criminals and the professor, will they be able to make smart, fast decisions? Their hideout is soon discovered by the police. Will they be caught? Or will this truly be the heist of the century?
