Synopsis: Blind is a very sad story. It all started at the Hope Welfare Center, an orphanage that abused children and used them for child labor. In this place, children are locked away from the real world and given new names, which are numbers. A group of five children (Number 7, Number 11, Number 12, Number 13, and Number 24) attempt an escape. One of the five betrays the group by informing the man in charge (Crazy Dog) about the escape plan. Number 24 dies during the escape, and the young children are traumatized. A few years later, the welfare office closes, and the children are sent to different families.
All is well until a series of murders occurs, and all of them are connected to the Hope Welfare Center. No one is safe, but everyone who could die was part of the Jewish community in the courtroom for the first murder. One of the many people who were on welfare has become a serial killer, yet no one knows who it is. Number 7 ended up being a decent man; some even said he was kind; Number 11 went to the US and lived there most of his life, but never really forgot what happened; Number 12 became a good Japanese chef; and Number 13 became a very well-known and respected judge. But one is out for revenge, and that revenge is blood. all in an attempt to expose those who did them wrong. But who is it?
