We’ve got you covered on everything about “Alchemy of Souls” season 2
Following all the interesting events that happened in season 1,
- Alchemy of Souls is about a young man (Jang Uk) from a noble family and a strong warrior assassin (Naksu).
- Jang Uk has a complicated birth story that involves body swap between the king and his father.
- When he was born, his father locked his powers away with no explanation.
- Growing up, he was always told to sit and watch others because he could not perform spells.
- One day, he met a weak young girl (Mu-Deok) who could change his life.
- He quickly realizes that you are possessed by the powerful soul of an assassin (Naksu).
- Naksu’s family was killed when she was a child. Now she is older and out for revenge.
- In an attempt for revenge, she becomes overpowered by the mages of Daeho. Her only way out is to switch to another body.
- Naksu loses her power due to shifting into a weak body.
- Naksu needs someone with the power of water in order to get her powers back, and Jang Uk needs someone who can unlock his gate to his powers.
- To help each other, the two must defy the odds and succeed.
- In the end, Jang Uk rose from the ashes, and Naksu’s dead body is retrieved from the ocean.
What can we expect in the second season?
It has been confirmed that there will be an Alchemy of Souls Season 2. TVN officially announced that Alchemy Of Souls season 2 would air sometime in December 2022. This second part is said to have 10 episodes. Most cast members from season 1 are expected to return.This is very exciting news!
Like many, we are all curious about the plot of the next season. This is what we K-Interest Explorers think will happen in season 2:
- With the rise of Jang Uk, he will become the most powerful mage.
- The prince might attempt to kill him after discovering his birth story.
- Naksu might be back to her old body, but she might lose her memories of Jang Uk.
- There could be great choices in Daeho.
- Maybe in the future, Jang Uk and Naksu will be happy, but they could end up living very far away, one of them with no powers.
