Synopsis: Divorce Attorney Shin is a story about a man, Shin Sung-Han (Cho Seung-Woo), who works as a divorce attorney. He is surrounded by friends. He soon receives a client by the name of Lee Seo-Jin (Han Hye-Jin). She is the wife of a wealthy man, or soon to be ex-wife. Lee Seo-Jin approaches attorney Shin with the attempt to have custody of her son. It is the only win she wishes to gain from the divorce.
So far, we know two things about her. The first is that she was discovered to be having an affair, and the second is that her sex tape was leaked. But we also know that her husband is a toxic and abusive man. How does a woman, how does a mother deal with a toxic and abusive husband while her track record is tainted? How does she win her son back? This will definitely be a difficult case because we know how society is. She will probably be blamed for the abuse she endured because of her scandal, and the husband might go free. For the sake of her son, she must fight back to protect him.
